“Victory belongs to those that believe in it the most and believe in it the longest” - Randall Wallace, American Screenwriter.
“What’s next?” is something I always seem to ask myself time and time again throughout life. Forever seeking the next thing to be found within the unknown. I found myself sitting, waiting (and delayed) at an airport in North Carolina when my phone rings, a call from an old family friend, presenting me with a possible opportunity to shoot for Triumph, the United Kingdom's reputable brand for motorcycles. What ended up being a last minute, orchestrated opportunity, I was able to freelance for an amazing motorcycle company. It was a night filled with great networking, awesome people, and stunning new 2020 bikes!
“Never standing still, always pushing to get the best from ourselves, for our riders.” A quote from Triumph's mission statement that resonates with me, even beyond their motorcycles. With our living souls, I hope we avoid being stagnant at all cost, while continually pushing ourselves, to keep moving. To get the most out of ourselves, to get the most out of this life.
Victory is never easy, but it is always worth it. Funny you might be thinking, why is he writing all this for a post pertaining to motorcycles? I’m writing this because there is passion to be found everywhere you look and within everything, passion is victory, and when there is no passion in life, there is, no victory. Whether it’s the freedom of feeling free while riding on an open road or whatever it is that strikes your inner core, seek the passion in everything, in everyone, each and every day. In doing so I promise, great things will happen.
I guess you can reword that quote from the beginning to “Passion belongs to those that believe in it the most and believe in it the longest”. Keep on pushing, keep on believing, keep on riding. Life’s one hell of a ride.
Big thanks to Tony & the Triumph staff for making this happen!
